The image of script is Matthew 6:21. “Consider the lillies of the field…” a beautiful biblical passage about not worrying. You cannot buy the exact photo pictured, but I have linked my favorite Bible here. The full grain leather, history, and references left me beyond impressed. I selected this Bible in-store amongst hundreds of others. A more condensed edition was also created. The Reformation Bible was meticulously written under R.C. Sproul and contributions from seventy-five distinguished theologians and pastors from all around.

Photo taken from Sophie Buhai.

Well, from the shoot styling to the ring itself, Sophie Buhai has me floored. Called Nautilus Ring, this nautical inspired jewelry is stunning. It is made of gold vermeil, a traditional plating technique of France dating back to the 18th century. I need not say more.

I went ahead and searched for similar rings that had similarity. I found a sterling nautical piece here.

Agnus Dei by Francisco De Zurbarán has been a favorite piece of mine for years. My first happening upon this painting made me weep. Zurbarán’s lowly “Lamb of God” is tucked safely in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in gallery 624, on loan.

For obvious reasons, the original oil painting from the 1600s cannot be linked for purchase and shipped to your doorstep. Nevertheless, I have added a link for a gallery wrap version of its print that fellow admirers can get here. If you are desperate enough for the original, by all means, don’t let me stop you from reaching out to the MET. I do request a formal invitation to your house in that case.

The image of pearls falling languorously from feminine hands was created by Andrea Kiss. Initially, its milky, emotive coloring left me assuming it was a piece sitting in a museum. “.... I have lost a few pearls,” wrote the artist on Facebook. Just brilliant.

It doesn’t take much to convince me of my desire for leather boots that can withstand years of wear. These green leather riding boots were made by Alberto Fasciani. Unfortunately for me, these cream-trimmed stunners are from a previous season. I have attached a similar style in black here by the same genius designer.

Although not in green (the despair), another good riding boot by ARIAT is surprisingly being sold on Amazon. High quality, beautiful, and just a touch more cost effective than Alberto Fasciani. Click here.

Anemone flowers, the sweetest winter angels. As a florist, I don’t always graviate towards them (their stems tend to be quite thick depending on the grower), but this image caught my eye. Generally speaking, the delicate blooms are likely available at your local flower market, which is often accessible with a tax ID. Whole Foods could be another option to having a fresh arrangement of white and blue of your own.

Thank you for joining me.

See you later!
